The mainland China release date remains July 18, 2026, after the film moved forward from its earlier July 24 plan. A September 11 announcement extended the authorised mainland theatrical window for a second time, through October 17 at 11:59 pm. That deadline is not a new opening date and does not guarantee a screening in every city.

Xinhua's first overseas schedule listed Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea from August 13, followed by the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Netherlands from August 14.

Cinema pages now support parts of that schedule. HOYTS and Event Cinemas list the Australian release, Fandango carries a US film page, and Landmark Cinemas identifies a Canadian Mandarin-with-English-subtitles version. UK listings use local rating and subtitle fields; availability still varies by cinema.

What is confirmed for Japan?

The first Japanese release date remains August 28, as listed by 109 Cinemas. Checked on October 1, [UPLINK Kichijoji's official film page](https://joji.uplink.co.jp/movie/2026/33663) lists an October 1 screening from 20:25 to 22:49 in Tokyo local time and marks it as this venue's final day in the current run. This is not a nationwide closing date; other cinemas need separate checks.

UPLINK lists 144 minutes, Chinese audio, and Simplified Chinese and English subtitles; Japanese subtitles are not listed. Open the cinema's booking page again before travelling to confirm the date, language label and remaining seats. A published session does not guarantee that tickets remain available.

What is confirmed in Belgium and Luxembourg?

The announced schedule named both countries for September 4, but the evidence is not identical. Cinema.be's Kinepolis Brussels programme now lists a 7:45 pm session on September 4, followed by sessions on September 5, 6 and 7. That is city-level screening evidence for Belgium.

Kinepolis Luxembourg now also has an official local film page. It lists September 4, a 2-hour-24-minute runtime and a 6+ classification, then asks the visitor to choose a cinema before showing sessions. This confirms a local cinema listing, but it does not justify claiming that every branch has a bookable time.

What is the status in the US and Canada?

Fandango lists the film for August 14 in the United States with a 2-hour-23-minute runtime. Landmark Cinemas in Canada lists 'Mandarin w EST', meaning Mandarin audio with English subtitles, and 143 minutes. These pages establish a market entry and a version label; they do not promise that every branch will carry the film.

Search by city and date on a cinema or recognised ticketing service. A result is truly bookable only when it reaches a specific theatre, start time and seat or checkout flow.

What about the UK, Australia, Hong Kong and Macau?

Australia opened on August 13 with major chains listing Mandarin audio, English subtitles, 143 minutes and a PG classification. UK listings around the August 14 window use Mandarin with English and Chinese subtitles in some chains, with 12A guidance. Read the exact showtime label because language and caption formats can differ.

Hong Kong and Macau entered their release window on August 20, with a newly produced Cantonese-dubbed version publicly announced. Studio City Cinema had separately listed a Mandarin version in Macau, so viewers should check the audio language and subtitles on the exact session rather than assume one version for every cinema.

What is the Southeast Asia release schedule?

Distributor Purple Plan lists Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei for August 27, Indonesia for September 2, Thailand for September 3 and Cambodia for September 16. Its current country selector also marks Vietnam as Now Showing and provides Lotte and CGV ticket routes, while the Philippines remains Coming Soon. Because no exact Vietnam opening date is shown, this guide reports the current status without inventing one.

On September 6, Shaw Singapore still listed the film under Now Showing with a 144-minute runtime and a buy link; GSC Gurney Plaza in Penang listed multiple same-day 2D sessions. Times Cineplex Brunei has displayed an August 27 film entry, but its current page does not expose the same clear bookable-session evidence. Were there screenings in Malta and Iceland?

Yes, at film events. The Chinese Embassy in Malta reports that All Wishes Come True screened after the opening of a Chinese film programme on September 25, with the filmmakers meeting local viewers. The Chinese Embassy in Iceland reports a screening at the opening of the Chinese Film Festival in Reykjavík on September 27, followed by a filmmaker discussion.

Checked October 6, Tix lists an October 24, 5 pm screening in Salur 3 at Bíó Paradís, Reykjavík, under the Chinese Film Festival in Iceland, with a ticket link. This is one festival screening, not a nationwide opening date. How to read a changing release schedule

A distributor announcement, a cinema film profile and a purchasable showtime are three different levels of evidence. Schedules can be added city by city, and search snippets may continue showing old dates or placeholder runtimes after the cinema page changes.

Before travelling, confirm the local date, cinema address, start time, soundtrack, subtitle field, age classification and checkout status. This page records the last meaningful evidence update rather than changing its date automatically on every deployment.
